## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

 * Demonstrated experience building integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
 * Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, and Salesforce Flow
 * Experience with middleware or integration platforms
 * Active Salesforce certification
 * Ability to work on-site in Lansing, MI on a hybrid schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience working with state or local government systems
 * Salesforce Platform Developer II or Integration Architecture Designer certification
 * Familiarity with Michigan state agency systems or legacy platforms

## Description

Stafford Gray is seeking a Salesforce Integration Engineer for a contract engagement supporting the State of Michigan. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems used across state agencies. This is a hybrid role based in Lansing, MI., * Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines)

 * Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, and Lightning components
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and system conflicts
 * Document integration architecture, data flows, and technical specifications
 * Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities across environments
