## About the Role

Do you have experience in Virtualization tools?, * 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems, servers, or enterprise applications.

 * Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux fundamentals, and virtualization concepts.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and identity management fundamentals.
 * Experience providing Level 1/2 technical support and working within ticketing systems.
 * Ability to follow documented procedures and appropriately escalate issues when needed.
 * Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
 * Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals are preferred.

## Description

We are hiring a Systems Administrator I for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a large-scale airport technology environment. This role provides hands-on support for enterprise systems and infrastructure, handling Level 1/2 service requests while assisting senior administrators with the operation and maintenance of servers, virtualization platforms, Active Directory, cloud services, storage systems, and backup environments., * Respond to Level 1/2 service requests, including user account issues, system access problems, and basic troubleshooting.

 * Assist with the administration of Windows and Linux servers, including updates and basic configuration tasks.
 * Support the monitoring and maintenance of VMware environments, virtual machines, and related resources.
 * Perform Active Directory administration tasks, including account creation, password resets, and group membership updates.
 * Assist with Azure and other cloud-based services following established procedures.
 * Support storage management, backup operations, and recovery processes under the guidance of senior administrators.
 * Execute routine maintenance activities, patching, and system health checks.
 * Document work performed, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate service documentation.
 * Assist with system deployments, hardware installations, and lifecycle refresh activities.
 * Support senior administrators during upgrades, migrations, and incident response efforts.
 * Perform other related duties as assigned.
