In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the Company's people, property, and processes by continuously monitoring security systems, coordinating resource allocation, managing critical incidents, and providing first-class customer service., * Continuous Monitoring & Threat Detection: Monitor various security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and open-source intelligence platforms for potential threats and incidents. * Critical Incident Response & Dispatch: Respond to alarms, security breaches, and other incidents by following established protocols, dispatching security personnel or emergency services as needed, and documenting all actions. Escalate significant security incidents to appropriate personnel, such as shift supervisors or managers. * Compliance & System Integrity: Follow all established security protocols, policies, and procedures. Ensure all security systems and equipment are functioning properly and report any issues or malfunctions. * Analysis & Communication: Analyze security threats and vulnerabilities, assess their potential impact, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
