 * Knowledge of process improvement processes and control methodologies. Problem identification and problem resolution skills.
 * Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
 * Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.

What You'll Do Day-To-Day:

 * Receives, prioritizes and resolves technical support requests using the organization's ticketing system while meeting SLA expectations.
 * Creates, modifies and audits user accounts across multiple systems and internal applications.
 * Assigns and adjusts user roles, group memberships and application entitlements following least privilege and security policies.
 * Configures desk phones, softphones, voicemail, call routing; troubleshoots VoIP or united communication issues.
 * Responds to security related tickets including phishing reports, suspicious activity, MFA issues and access violations.
 * Updates knowledge base articles, SOPs and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
 * Provides clear and professional communication to end users and maintains a positive support experience.
