## Description

Diamond Autoshop is a busy, family-owned auto repair and maintenance facility serving the Monroe Township community. We pride ourselves on honesty, fast turnaround times, and top-tier customer care. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable face to join our team and keep our front office running smoothly. Responsibilities:

 * Customer Service: Greet customers as they arrive, provide a comfortable waiting area, and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
 * Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, schedule service appointments, and update customers on their repair statuses.
 * Administrative Support: Create repair orders, handle basic invoices, process payments, and maintain organized paper and digital records.
 * Shop Coordination: Act as the liaison between the customer, mechanics, and shop owner regarding repair updates and part orders.
