This role ensures new employees are properly onboarded with the right technology, provides clear documentation and resources to help staff self-solve common problems, and supports day-to-day business operations through reliable IT processes. The IT Specialist plays a key role in connecting people, processes, and systems to keep the business running smoothly., MSP Coordination & Support * Serve as the primary liaison between RMH Systems employees and the MSP. * Escalate, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution. * Provide hands-on support for local hardware, peripherals, and system setups as needed. Employee Onboarding & Access Management * Set up and configure devices, accounts, and access for new employees. * Deliver essential technology training during onboarding to ensure a smooth start. * Maintain and update onboarding checklists and documentation. Documentation & Knowledge Resources * Create and maintain FAQs, quick reference guides, and process documentation for employees. * Standardize IT procedures to promote consistency across offices and departments. * Regularly review and update support materials to reflect new systems or changes. Business Operations Support * Assist employees with common system access, account management, and application issues. * Partner with business units to understand recurring challenges and recommend process improvements. * Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and track equipment assignments.
