## About the Role

* Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Systems Engineer, or Production Support Engineer.
 * Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.
 * Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
 * Scripting and automation experience using Python, Shell, or similar technologies.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
 * Understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills., * Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
 * Financial services or banking industry experience.
 * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized environments.
 * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Systems Engineer to support critical infrastructure and platform reliability initiatives for Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in system administration, automation, monitoring, incident management, and cloud/infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities

 * Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
 * Monitor infrastructure and applications, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
 * Automate operational processes and repetitive tasks.
 * Support incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
 * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to enhance system stability.
 * Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
 * Participate in on-call support and production support activities as needed.
 * Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices.
