Join our team as an ERP Supply Chain Lead, where you will step into a high-impact role at the center of our ERP transformation, leading how supply planning, inventory, procurement, and distribution come to life in our systems. In this role, you'll be a key member of a cross-functional team shaping how the business operates, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to the needs of a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. From design through stabilization and beyond, you'll drive adoption, elevate performance, and continuously improve how we deliver for our customers. In parallel, this role will lead ongoing process and system improvements, identifying and executing opportunities to enhance Supply Chain efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and improve overall business performance. This role is a hybrid position based in either DeForest, WI, USA or Nisku, AB, Canada, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, with regular presence required based on business needs. The schedule is Monday to Friday, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain., ERP Project Delivery - Supply Chain Functional Lead * Lead Supply Chain participation across all phases of ERP implementation, including fit/gap, design, testing, cutover, and stabilization. * Act as the primary business representative, ensuring Supply Chain requirements are accurately translated into system design. * Define and document business requirements, process flows, and system needs across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution. * Partner with internal teams and implementation partners to deliver practical, scalable ERP solutions aligned to business needs. * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script development, execution, and issue resolution. * Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. Supply Chain Process & System Improvements * Evaluate current-state processes and define future-state workflows that leverage ERP capabilities. * Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, standardization, and scalability. * Partner cross-functionally to align initiatives with operational priorities and performance goals. * Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and best practices. * Act as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain systems, supporting ongoing improvements and issue resolution. Data Integrity, Analytics & Governance * Establish and maintain master data standards and governance practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Monitor data quality and drive corrective actions where needed. * Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making. * Analyze Supply Chain performance trends and provide recommendations to improve outcomes. * Support KPI development and reporting across Supply Chain functions., Primarily office-based, with regular collaboration across ERP Project Team, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Sales. The role requires frequent interaction with senior leaders and external partners, including Suppliers, ERP implementation Partners and Vendors. Hours of Work: This is a full-time position typically working standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support critical business deliverables, planning cycles, or major initiatives. The role involves regular engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners, including those across multiple time zones. Travel Requirements: This position may be based in either Canada or the US, with occasional travel required to company facilities, customer meetings, conferences, or industry events within Canada and the United States. Estimated travel is 5-10%.
