## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum 5 years of IT support experience

 * Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a strong plus
 * Solid understanding of Windows environments, network troubleshooting, and desktop/server hardware
 * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
 * Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
 * A self-starter who can work independently and also collaborate with a team
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you will be visiting clients around El Paso)

## Description

* Responding to both remote and on-site service requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
 * Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues (hardware, software, networking, etc.)
 * Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment
 * Supporting client with their technology needs and providing user-friendly guidance
 * Accurately documenting service requests, resolutions, and updates in our ticketing system
 * Delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way
