 * Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications (especially Excel)
 * Minimum three years office clerical experience; bonus if payroll processing experience!

## Description

As the Operations Support Manager, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated airport operations. Serving as a central point of coordination for employees and management, you will support day-to-day business processes, employee administration, and operational activities that enable smooth and effective operations.

What You'll Do:

 * Provide clerical and administrative support to airport operations, including maintaining personnel files and confidential employee records.
 * Support employee lifecycle activities such as new hire orientation, training coordination, policy distribution, and uniform ordering.
 * Review payroll information and assist with timekeeping and related administrative processes.
 * Compile operational and administrative reports and support recordkeeping requirements.
 * Process invoices, manage vendor accounts, order supplies, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
 * Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and business partners to support operational needs and ensure timely issue resolution.
