Experience: * Experience managing day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion Finance support teams. * Experience coordinating system configurations, upgrades, patching, and integrations. * Experience supporting Oracle EBS Finance environments along with Fusion applications. * Experience working with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders. * Experience managing vendor escalations with Oracle and third-party providers. * Experience developing SOPs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation. * Experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives. * Experience generating support performance and incident trend reports., * Experience in Oracle Fusion Finance within Travel, Transport, Logistics, or Hospitality industries. * Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management practices. * Exposure to automation tools and process optimization methods. * Experience working with globally distributed teams.
