Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree. + Experience with manufacturing or plant-floor automation systems, including control systems or PLCs. + Experience with PowerShell scripting. + Experience supporting manufacturing environments. + Strong technical troubleshooting and customer support skills. + Experience with IT operations and operations support systems. ## Description We are seeking an IT Operations Support Analyst to support manufacturing operations through the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT infrastructure, applications, and end-user technologies. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reliable operation of manufacturing systems, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to technology deployments across the facility. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, assist with incident resolution, maintain infrastructure and applications, and support both legacy and emerging technologies within a manufacturing environment.
