 * Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment related to job duties

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and box cutters.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience

 * High School Diploma

 * 2+ years' experience in configuration, SCCM/WDS environment

 * Familiarity with computer concepts: hardware and networking

 * Competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Education and Experience

 * Associate degree

 * CompTIA A+ Certification

 * Windows Autopilot experience is highly desired

## Description

 * Ensure timely completion of client Configurations

 * Coordinate with Warehouse Logistics team to coordinate client orders

 * Communicate with client to troubleshoot Builds and Quality control documentation

 * Image and configure computers, phones, tablets and other equipment as assigned

 * Complete Quality Checklist and required paperwork for each system imaged

 * Maintain compliance with HTG corporate expectations and procedures

** This is a warehouse job and warehouse environment. Applicants must be willing and able to participate in basic warehouse operations outside of normal duties. **
