You can help people see that it's not so complicated when set up well and that they know they can count on you to help make computing (mostly) painless - Must own and be legal to drive a reliable car - Must live in Minneapolis or nearby suburbs for centrality, NE Mpls preferred - Must have at least A+, MCP, or similar or clearly able to demonstrate to me in an interview that you have relevant experience - Mainly Windows desktop and server skills required; both Android and iDevice familiarity is good as well - Modest network device and printer troubleshooting - Usual troubleshooting stuff. Virus removals, Outlook email setup, hardware recommendations, computer setups, etcl WOULD BE NICE - CCNA, MCSE, & SSCP would really get my attention - Knowing another OS (OSX, *nix) well is a plus - O365 basic admin familiarity would be helpful - cPanel, WordPress, nameservers, etc or other website experience is a plus - RMM/NOC software & experience is a plus - Server and enterprise experience is a plus - Any additional software/hardware experience is a plus; old funky software workarounds, UAC, group policy, etc. We work on a bunch of different problems, so you'll get some variety and will learn a bunch ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress.
