 * Workday certification is a plus.

## Description

Sapta Global Inc is seeking two experienced Workday HCM Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions to our clients., * Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for Workday HCM implementation.

 * Configure and deploy Workday HCM modules to meet the unique business requirements of each client.
 * Provide expert guidance on best practices throughout the implementation process.
 * Conduct testing, training, and user support to ensure successful system adoption.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot HCM system issues to provide timely resolutions.
 * Stay up-to-date with Workday enhancements and new features to continually improve the client experience.
 * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes.
 * Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
