## About the Role

Do you have experience in Quality improvement programs in engineering?, * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

 * 10+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
 * Industrial components manufacturing experience preferred
 * Strong experience with new product introductions and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
 * Strong experience developing manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product development
 * Experience working with an ERP system
 * Lean manufacturing experience
 * Solidworks experience a plus
 * Strong mechanical aptitude
 * Ability to pass a drug test and background check
 * Employment stability

## Description

* Lead the implementation of new product introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless transition from concept to full-scale production while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
 * Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
 * Implement continuous improvements for existing products and manufacturing processes
 * Maintain and enhance product quality by ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
 * Drive cost-reduction initiatives through process optimization, Lean manufacturing techniques, and strategic supplier management
 * Collaborate with the engineering/design team (mechanical and electrical), quality assurance, production, and suppliers
 * Oversee the development of product models and assembly processes, ensuring they meet performance and cost goals
 * Participate in engineering design reviews, focusing on cost and manufacturability
 * Analyze and develop detailed workflow, equipment requirements and placement, fixturing needs, and space requirements
 * Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations
 * Create, maintain, and update assembly, packaging, and inspection procedures
 * Lead FMEA activities
