It is an entry-mid level position. The role, based in Plano, TX, is responsible for the planning, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of all IT systems, services, and infrastructure across the organization. This includes local server management, network administration, cybersecurity, end-user support, ERP systems, cloud and on-premises solutions, as well as custom programming, system mapping, and documentation efforts.
