Qualifications We Prefer: * Active DoD Top Secret clearance * Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred) * Knowledge developing signal processing algorithms for airborne surveillance applications, including signal and image processing, physics-constrained modeling, digital communications, detection and estimation theory, or AI/ML model development and training techniques. * Realtime programming for embedded or mission critical systems * Experience using software change management tools, version control systems, and established software development processes ## Description * Perform system level performance analysis to evaluate and optimize advanced airborne sensor capabilities * Develop, refine, and analyze algorithms to support mission-critical aerospace applications * Conduct trade studies to compare technical approaches and guide engineering decisions * Build statistical models and performance predictions for complex, multidisciplinary systems * Execute detailed data analyses following Raytheon engineering processes and best practices * Participate in formal and informal peer reviews; identify, track, and resolve technical issues * Provide clear, timely task status updates and deliver high quality work products to the team lead * Interface daily with engineering teammates, team leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure technical alignment * Support customer and program presentations by contributing technical content and insights * Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful program outcomes, * Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
