## Description

+ The Systems Specialist is responsible for all types of computer hardware including but not limited to: PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and replacement and repair of the same. Additional responsibilities include, application installation, support troubleshooting, Active Directory usage, password resets and managing work tickets. Works closely with vendors and outside resources to ensure the organization's goals are met. The Systems Specialist acts as a primary contact and provides troubleshooting and support to internal hospital and healthcare centers as well as external customers. Works with customers to answer inquiries, resolve problems, and coordinates next level of support if required in an effort to provide timely resolutions to customers' questions or problems. This includes providing status updates to customers and following up to ensure resolution is satisfactory.
