## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, project management, Scrum Master, RTE, TPM, or related roles

 * 3+ years serving as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or similar leadership role
 * 3+ years working within SAFe or other scaled Agile environments
 * Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams and large Agile programs
 * Strong dependency management, stakeholder communication, and facilitation skills
 * Experience with cloud-based software platforms and distributed engineering teams
 * Medical device or other regulated industry experience preferred

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a Cloud Platform Agile Release Train within a regulated medical device environment. This role will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Systems Engineering, and Program Management teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Scrum teams operating within a SAFe Agile framework., * Lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt events, and other SAFe ceremonies

 * Coordinate planning and execution across multiple Agile teams
 * Manage dependencies, risks, issues, impediments, and integration activities
 * Track ART execution through metrics, reporting, and delivery forecasting
 * Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leaders to support feature readiness and planning
 * Facilitate issue resolution and stakeholder communication
 * Support Agile teams and coordinate with adjacent platform and product teams
