## Description

The Project Coordinator / Junior Scrum Master supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within a technical and software development environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and supports the use of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies., * Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.

 * Support software development projects and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Track project status, risks, issues, and action items.
 * Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
 * Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
 * Support continuous improvement and adherence to project management best practices.
