The service area consists of different regions across North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Jersey. Occasional travel to other territories may be required. Essential Job Responsibilities - Performance Indicators * Install large format digital graphics printing & production equipment * Resolve service tickets in a timely and professional manner, meeting service level agreements * Maintain updated service completion status of each job with Installation & Service Supervisor * Provide demos of equipment to customers and prospective clients * Provide training of equipment to customers * Develop & maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for existing customers * Provide high quality and timely Technical Support Desk customer service support to internal & external customers with low complaint and error rates * Forward any important client information, including sales leads and customer satisfaction issues, to the Installation & Service Supervisor * Perform other duties, as assigned.
