MDM Strategy, Evaluation & PoC Leadership * Lead platform evaluation (Informatica MDM, Reltio) aligned to enterprise requirements * Define and execute PoC frameworks (data ingestion, match-merge, stewardship workflows) * Provide recommendation backed by technical and business fitment analysis * Establish decision frameworks for platform selection 2. Enterprise MDM Architecture Design * Define target-state MDM architecture (real-time, API-driven, multi-domain) * Design integration patterns across ERP, PLM, CRM, Supplier & analytics ecosystems * Establish canonical data model, golden record strategy, hierarchy design * Define data ingestion, distribution, and synchronization patterns (batch, delta, real-time) 3. Implementation Blueprint & Delivery Leadership * Create end-to-end implementation roadmap (domain-wise sequencing: Supplier * Product * Customer) * Define reusable delivery templates (mappings, DQ rules, workflows, APIs) * Lead technical governance, design reviews, and implementation oversight * Establish CI/CD, environments, and Dev-Test-Prod strategy 4. Data Governance & Regulatory Alignment * Embed data ownership, stewardship, and governance workflows into MDM * Ensure traceability, lineage, and auditability aligned to regulated environments * Enable continuous data quality monitoring and exception management * Align MDM outputs with compliance needs (data security, access control, audit readiness) 5.
