Define data models, system architecture, and integration patterns. Make decisions on out-of-the-box vs customization, extensions vs plugins. * Functional & Technical Bridging Bridge business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) with technical implementation. Create solution blueprints and high-level designs (HLDs). * Architecture Governance Establish standards for security roles, performance, and data integrity. Ensure clean architecture, reusability, and minimal technical debt. * Integration Strategy Design integrations using Azure Integration Services, ServiceNow, eCommerce, Anaplan, Concur, Billtrust, Power Platform, SPS Commerce (EDI), Microsoft Fabric, Leapwork, Logic Apps (Middleware), Service Bus, APIs, and Dataverse. Connect D365 with ERP systems, legacy applications, and third-party tools. * Oversight & Guidance Review code, configurations, and solution designs. Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and technical leads. * Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and project managers.
