## Description

* Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients and gather relevant case information.
 * Evaluate and quickly determine whether potential cases meet firm criteria for acceptance.
 * Accurately document intake details and maintain client records.
 * Send contracts to clients and open new cases upon receipt of signed agreements.
 * Assist with data entry and administrative processing of client files.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the firm in a professional, empathetic, and client-focused manner.
