## Description

* Paratner with a high-performing team of data-driven demand generation media buyers, specializing in media across PC, console and mobile
 * Set standards for demand generation media innovation across EA's campaign, including channel strategy, optimization levers and existing AI adoption
 * Partner with platforms to prioritize demand generation media features for greater EA outcomes
 * Develop EA strategies to optimize outcomes from media platform evolutions and industry updates
 * Develop and gain alignment for Media Investment Framework, to be used by Franchise Directors in funnel allocations
 * Set channel execution standards (Campaign set-up, Usage of platform features, measurement implementation, experimentation implementation, etc.)
 * Cross-functional change management and remove barriers to functional best practices
 * Develop training material and programs for Demand Generation buying skills and cross-train talent
