This is a new position created to bring dedicated in-person IT support to our MI and surrounding clinic operations. As the onsite IT resource at HQ, you will be the primary face of IT for corporate staff and a key point of contact for surrounding clinic support. You will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, manage device deployments, support onboarding and offboarding workflows, IT inventory, ensure clinic technology runs without interruption, and contribute to organizational IT projects.
