## Description

* Creates, updates, and maintains applicant records in the customer relationship management system and student information system by entering both text-based and numerical data from printed and digital documents such as transcripts, test scores, and other application materials.
 * Prepares records for recruitment-related communication, application review, and student enrollment.
 * Communicates with internal and external customers via phone and email regarding admission policies and procedure while providing exceptional customer service.
 * Serves prospective students and families in-person during admissions recruitment and yield events.
 * Ensures data entry accuracy by adhering to operational policies and procedures by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering applicant data. Provides feedback on inefficiencies and suggests updates to improve procedures.
 * Maintains confidentiality of data and complies with data integrity and security policies. Ensures compliance with University requirements for all applicants in order to maintain institutional academic integrity.
 * Assist with generating applicant communication and decision letters using various software.
 * Assist with package shipment, mail receipt/distribution, folding and stuffing letters.
