## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2+ years of IT support experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred)

 * Experience supporting scanners, printers, and end-user devices
 * Basic knowledge of networking and Windows environments
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Ability to work on-site in warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
 * Experience supporting logistics or distribution operations, * How much experience you have supporting scanners, printers, and end-user devices ?
 * Basic knowledge of networking and Windows environments
 * Have you ever Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devices?
 * Are you comfortable to Manage IT asset inventory and device setup for new users

Experience:

 * IT support: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Provide on-site IT support for warehouse staff and operations
 * Install and support PCs, handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devices
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devices
 * Maintain network and Wi-Fi connectivity across warehouse facilities
 * Coordinate equipment repair and replacement with vendors
 * Manage IT asset inventory and device setup for new users
 * Work with corporate IT teams on escalations and improvements

Work Environment

 * On-site role
 * May require occasional off-hours support for operational incidents
