You will work closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, design intuitive solutions, and guide them through implementation and launch. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and impact-not just execution. What You Will Do Understand the Problem First * Conduct user research and interviews. * Review how products are currently used. * Identify pain points and opportunities before proposing solutions. Design End-to-End Experiences * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. * Develop designs detailed enough for engineers to implement confidently. * Ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences. Maintain Design Consistency * Work within and contribute to our shared design system. * Reuse components thoughtfully and identify opportunities for improvement. * Help ensure a cohesive experience across all products. Collaborate Cross-Functionally * Participate in sprint planning and product discussions. * Share designs early and iterate based on feedback. * Work closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure design quality. Use Data to Improve Products * Analyze user behavior and product usage data. * Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for optimization. * Drive continuous improvements through data-informed design decisions.
