Key Competencies + Program and stakeholder management + Business acumen and communication + Risk identification and mitigation + Technical breadth across IT domains + Influence without authority + Structured and repeatable executio ## Description The IT M&A Integration Lead is an individual contributor responsible for leading all Information Technology activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures at Legence. This role serves as the primary point of accountability and coordination between Corporate IT, acquired business units, executive leadership, and external partners throughout the M&A lifecycle. The position blends IT leadership, business liaison responsibilities, and program execution. The role owns IT due diligence, Phase 1 close readiness, and Phase 2 post-close integration activities, ensuring acquired entities are assessed, planned, and integrated into Legence enterprise standards while minimizing business disruption and enabling value realization.
