Do you have experience in Windows?, We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to end-users, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring the optimal operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to IT support., * Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles within a corporate environment.

## Description

* Deliver prompt and effective technical support to users via help desk tickets, phone, or in person, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across various operating systems including Windows.
 * Manage computer hardware assets, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
 * TCP/IP protocols, and network security measures.
 * Administer Active Directory for user account management,
 * Support remote access solutions using VPNs and troubleshoot connectivity issues related to TCP/IP protocols.
 * Perform routine analysis of system logs to identify potential issues or security threats; escalate complex problems appropriately.
