In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the complex data pipelines that move information from client source systems into the reporting environments that program staff and leadership rely on to make better decisions. Data extracts will come from many sources, transform through documented business rules, and load it into an Enterprise Data system., * Design, develop, and maintain advanced data analytics, dashboards, and reports using Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. * Transform complex business requirements into actionable insights through mastery of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling. * Create interactive dashboards and reports, developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and robust data models. * Extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into data warehouses to support reporting. * Perform requirements gathering with business stakeholders and IT to ensure data accuracy and user adoption. * Optimize report performance and implement reporting and development best practices. * Ensure delivered reports and dashboards meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
