## About the Role

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience

 * Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365
 * Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking, cabling, wireless connectivity, and VPN troubleshooting
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel between work locations as needed
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

## Description

* Provide Help Desk support for end users and respond to IT service requests
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
 * Deploy and relocate computer equipment throughout airport facilities
 * Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
 * Support department events and special IT projects
 * Train and assist users with IT systems and equipment
