## Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to support a large-scale workforce management transformation initiative impacting 55,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role serves as a subject matter expert, combining system administration and data engineering responsibilities to support a complex Time & Attendance ecosystem., * Configure and support Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules

 * Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
 * Translate labor laws, union agreements, and business rules into system configurations
 * Ensure data integrity across HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations
 * Develop SQL-based reports and perform data analysis
 * Manage system governance, security roles, upgrades, and overall platform stability
 * Support Agile delivery processes and collaborate across cross-functional teams
