## Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Support / Estimating Assistant to join our team. This role supports our Quote Department by assisting the Lead Estimator and Customer Program Manager with daily operations, customer communication, and project coordination., * Retrieve and organize RFQs and supporting documentation

 * Assist in preparing cost estimates (labor, materials, and production time)
 * Gather and compare vendor material quotes
 * Support customer communication and order processing
 * Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems
 * Perform data entry, tracking, and reconciliation tasks
 * Create and update reports using Excel and other tools
 * Provide front office and reception support as needed
 * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate project flow
