## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Experience administering and supporting Prometheus and Grafana in production environments.

 * Strong understanding of telemetry collection from network devices and infrastructure systems.
 * Proven ability to develop and maintain custom Grafana dashboards and visualizations.
 * Experience integrating monitoring, observability, or event management platforms with ServiceNow.
 * Understanding of ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.

## Description

IDR is seeking a Monitoring and Automation Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise monitoring and observability solutions within a highly technical environment. The position requires collaboration with network engineering, operations, DevOps, and IT Service Management teams to improve network visibility, automation, and operational efficiency., * The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting telemetry collection, dashboards, and integrations to monitor network infrastructure and services.

 * This role includes configuring and managing tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, and integrating these platforms with ServiceNow for incident and workflow automation.
 * The position involves troubleshooting data collection and visualization issues, partnering closely with operational teams to improve network reliability, and documenting monitoring architecture and procedures.
