This role combines customer onboarding, software implementation, and live virtual training. This is not a software development, IT support, or engineering position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, teaching software, and helping insurance agencies succeed. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful product use, developing processes to assist in reducing churn, and training insurance agency staff on the processes and functionality of our software. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop a smooth transition and long-term success for the customer.
