This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting practice management systems, and ensuring minimal downtime across all offices. The ideal candidate will have prior IT experience within the dental industry and be highly proficient with Eaglesoft. This individual should enjoy working directly with clinical and administrative teams, providing exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
