 * Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Exchange, and centralized user management systems
 * Scripting and infrastructure automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
 * Disaster recovery concepts, business continuity planning, backup validation, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
 * 5+ years direct experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or a related infrastructure operational role
 * 2+ years hand-on experience working inside cloud platforms and infrastructure migration projects
 * Technical background or foundational experience with IBM i infrastructure environment maintenance and client connectivity
