## Description

* Build, manage, and grow the electrical and firmware engineering organizations at Rmix
 * Gather and prioritize inputs from lead customers on product requirements and incorporate them into the engineering plans
 * Collaborate with the CTO and other engineering directors on the overall engineering development strategy
 * Establish robust design, review, and release processes as well as quality of work metrics to set the standard for engineering rigor
 * Guide the embedded system development by setting the milestones, processes, communication practices, and ways of working among multiple teams
 * Own responsibility for delivery of all electrical and firmware deliverables within the company and to interested stakeholders i.e. investors, customers, executives
