 * High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
 * A valid driver's license and clean driving record
 * The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
 * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
 * Ability to write simple correspondence.
 * Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
 * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
 * Ability to operate technology of vehicles, phones, and computers, as well as social media.

 * Writing sales orders, processing paperwork, and maintaining follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
 * Keeping up to date with Lexus product innovations, accessories, and industry trends
