This role ensures IT infrastructure and data availability, reliability, and security, driving technological improvements that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. TYPICAL CLASS ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (These duties are a representative sample; position assignments may vary.) 1. System Management and Support: * Manage and maintain servers, networking equipment, desktops, laptops, printers, telecommunication systems, and peripheral devices. * Ensure optimal performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly. 2. Network and Data Security: * Implement, manage, and monitor security protocols and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices and relevant regulatory standards. * Conduct regular risk assessments, manage incident responses, and oversee disaster recovery plans. 3. Project Management: * Plan and implement IT projects, including software rollouts, hardware upgrades, and network enhancements. * Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and organizational requirements. 4.
