## About the Role

Do you have experience in Pharmaceutical company experience?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 2+ years of IT support experience (customer-facing preferred)

 * Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
 * Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (desktops, laptops, scanners, AV systems)
 * Experience with MS Office, Teams, ServiceNow, and mobile device support a plus
 * CompTIA A+ / Network+ certification preferred
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

## Description

* Provide desktop and walk-up support for PCs, printers, AV equipment, and software applications
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Support remote users using remote management tools
 * Image and configure new PCs and client systems
 * Set up and support mobile devices and IT peripherals
 * Maintain equipment inventory and assist with IT asset management
 * Document and resolve issues using ticketing systems
