## Description

SaferWay Technologies provided outsourced Managed IT Services to businesses in the Metro Atlanta area, with a primary focus on the healthcare industry. SaferWay is seeking a qualified, professional, and motivated Level 1 - IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be a key member of the technical support team responsible for being the first response to emails and help desk calls. The individual will be responsible for providing support related to hardware, software and application issues in an efficient accurate manner., * Serve as the Level 1 - IT Support Specialist to provide support for hardware, software and application issues over email, phone or in-person

 * Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
 * Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
 * Escalate issues to the next level of support personnel when required
 * Document incidents and their resolution in help desk software
