## Description

* You will develop a strategic, comprehensive digital roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives
 * Identify opportunities for digital innovation and create strategies to leverage these opportunities
 * Establish frameworks for AI governance, data quality, and responsible AI use in partnership with IT and risk functions
 * Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital products and platforms, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable ROI
 * You will research and recommend new digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement
 * Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, including core operational improvements and transformational ("disruption") projects
 * Ensure integration across systems (ERP, CRM, operational platforms) to enable end-to-end digital workflows
 * You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and performance metrics
 * Partner closely with IT to define technology architecture, system integration, and platform strategy
 * Evaluate and implement new technologies, vendors, and tools to support digital strategy
 * You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards
