## Description

Desktop Support Analysts are responsible for providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software to Kokosing team members.

 * They are also responsible for processing work orders, email, and phone calls.
 * They will support Microsoft Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, software, printers, scanners, basic network issues, mobile devices (Android/iOS), and other assorted technology.
