Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Applications Engineer to join a collaborative team supporting custom, high-volume manufacturing. This role is responsible for designing and modifying bearing components and assemblies to meet customer requirements while ensuring manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency. You'll work closely with machining, stamping, and assembly teams to troubleshoot production challenges, develop tooling solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives., 1. Develop and implement improved manufacturing processes and techniques to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 2. Utilize CAD software, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, to design and modify equipment and machinery. 3. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the performance of existing manufacturing processes. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. 5. Participate in Kaizen events to promote continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing facility. 6. Design and develop tooling for metal stamping and machining processes. 7. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment. 9.
