 * 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solution development.
 * 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
 * Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
 * Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
 * Preferred Qualifications
 + Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI ecosystem.
 + Experience implementing enterprise RAG solutions.
 + Knowledge of fine-tuning and reinforcement learning techniques.
 + Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks.
 + Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) certification.
 + Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100) certification.
