Do you have experience in Salesforce UI tools?, * 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

 * Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow automation
 * Service Cloud experience required; Sales Cloud experience a plus
 * Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
 * Familiarity with Salesforce security models - profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules
 * Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management environments preferred
 * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD2 or Service Cloud Specialist a strong plus
 * Excellent communication skills - ability to work directly with business stakeholders onsite

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
 * Build and optimize automation using Flows, Batch Apex, and Scheduled jobs to support high-volume financial services operations
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate advisor and operational workflows into scalable CRM configurations
 * Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external platforms
 * Manage CI/CD deployments and maintain release governance using tools such as Copado, AutoRABIT, or equivalent
 * Conduct code reviews, enforce platform best practices, and maintain governor limit compliance
 * Participate in Agile sprints alongside product owners, QA, and business analysts
